This does take a lot of cooling in between stages, so give yourself plenty of time.
Crust
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix 1 cup Flour and 1 stick Margarine (softened) together.
- Add 1/2 cup chopped pecans, mix well
- Press into 9 x 13 dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until light brown. Allow to cool.
- Mix 8 oz Cream Cheese, 1 cup Powered Sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla together.
- Fold in 1/2 of a 16 oz container of Cool Whip.
- Pour over crust and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Cook 2 boxes of Chocolate Pudding with 4 cups of Milk.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Butter as it cooks.
- Allow to cool.
- Pour over white layer.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Frost with remaining 1/2 container of Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle with Chopped Nuts.
- ENJOY!
